Four Winds Field to feature 50/50 raffle benefiting injured New Prairie student-athletes

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Cubs announced high school baseball is set to return on Wednesday at 7 p.m., with New Prairie against Penn.
Officials add there will be a special 50/50 raffle presented by New Prairie with proceeds going to student-athletes injured in the recent crash involving two mini-buses carrying the New Prairie Junior Varsity Baseball Team.
One student, Lucas Bradshaw, sustained life-threatening injuries in the crash and remains in the ICU according to his family. There is currently a GoFundMe set up in order pay for medical expenses.
Gates open at 6 p.m. and tickets are $7 each.
Payment methods including cash, credit cards, and Venmo payments will all be accepted at Gate A on the third base side of the stadium.
Concession stands on both concourse baselines will be open for food service.
Only soda and water will be available as far as beverages go.
The Dippin’ Dots stand adjacent to Gate A will also be open to serve.
