Free legal advice for evictions, housing from the Volunteer Lawyer Network

Pro Bono Indiana's Volunteer Lawyer Network will be offering an Eviction and Housing Legal Clinic at the Lakeville Branch library on Thursday from 1-4 p.m.

Free legal advice will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis; spanning a variety of topics including:

  • residential evictions
  • potential defenses
  • rental assistance
  • damages hearings
  • sealing evictions

This event is open to the public, and attendees interested in receiving legal counseling are encouraged to bring relevant paperwork.

The Lakeville Branch library (574-784-3446) is located at 120 N. Michigan St. in Lakeville, Ind.
