Friday kicks off South By South Bend

SOUTH BEND — Friday kicks off South By South Bend, a musical festival that's new to town.
Several free mini-concerts are set for Friday and Saturday.
Donations are encouraged for those planning to attend the concerts.
The headline show is set for Saturday night at the State Theatre downtown. Tickets for that concert are $25.
