Funeral to remember woman killed in Turkey

STATEN ISLAND, New York. —It was a heartbreaking goodbye for Staten Island as a young woman was laid to rest.
Friends and family gathered for the funeral for Sarai Sierra, the mother of two who was murdered while visiting Turkey.
Sierra's husband spoke about his wife in a moment of strength, but was then overcome by emotion and couldn't speak.
Sierra was on a photography vacation in Turkey last month when she disappeared. Her body was discovered 12 days later.
