Governor Holcomb directs flags at half-staff around the state for Boulder victims

Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb has ordered flags across the state to be flown at half-staff on March 27 to honor the victims of the shooting in Boulder, CO.

Flags are asked to be flown at half-staff until sunset on Saturday.

Governor Holcomb also asks that businesses and residents lower their flags to half-staff.
