Hammond’s Horseshoe Casino to reopen in June

HAMMOND, Ind.—As restrictions ease on businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic, casinos in Indiana are beginning to plan for reopening.

Horseshoe Casino in Hammond announced that it is planning to reopen on June 14, according to Caesars Entertainment. 

The casino has not yet said what types of restrictions or safety measures will be put into place upon reopening.

Indiana casinos have been closed since mid-March following a directive from the Indiana Gaming Commission.
