CASSOPOLIS, Mich. -- A hearing was held today for Andy Freshour accused of evading arrest and stealing a squad car in Cassopolis last month.
Freshour is facing 17 charges in connection with the incident last month. Today's hearing was a meeting between the Cass County Prosecutor and Freshour's attorney to discuss any outstanding issues with case and any possible negations between the two. He is due back in court next Wednesday.
