Historic headstones damaged by vandals

The City of Sturgis is offering a $1,000 reward for anyone with information that results in the prosecution of the person or persons responsible for vandalism at Oaklawn Cemetery.
Over the weekend, someone caused over $50,000 in damage to headstones in the cemetery.
Some of the vandalized headstones date back to the 1800s.
