Hoosier Lottery gives away free Powerball tickets

People lined up outside the Kroger on Western Avenue Friday afternoon to pick up free Powerball tickets.
The Hoosier Lottery gave away free Powerball tickets throughout the state on Friday.
In South Bend, they gave away 200 free tickets at the Kroger on Western Avenue and the Kroger on West Hively in Elkhart.
The jackpot is up to $800 million.
