Temperatures this evening will fall through the 80s and 70s. It will be a little warmer outside, with overnight lows falling into the lower 60s under clear skies.
Even though there's only about a week left of meteorological summer, it looks like Michiana weather will be jam-packed with summer heat until the end. Temperatures this weekend will reach the upper 80s. While plenty of sunshine will return for Saturday, a few clouds could find us on Sunday. A stray shower or storm can't be ruled out, but most of the area will continue our double-digit dry streak. Highs will reach the 90s Monday through Wednesday with more sunshine and dry weather in the forecast. Slim rain chances try to make a comeback later on Thursday, but there's a lot of uncertainty as we head into the end of the month due to the two tropical systems in the Atlantic.
Tonight: Clear skies. Low 60
Tomorrow: Sunny and very warm. High 88
Sunday: A mixture of sun and clouds. A shower or storm is possible. High 88.
Monday: Mostly sunny and hot. High 90.
