House fire intentionally set, homeowner still missing

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The fire that happened Sunday at a home on Sandybrook Drive has been ruled arson.
The Clay Fire Marshal says his team has wrapped up the investigation and determined it was intentionally set.
The home's former owner and resident, Douglas Wilcox, was last spoken to on Saturday, August 10th, the day before the fire. He is still missing.
