Icy water, cold temps create 'carcicle'

HAMBURG, NY (ABC News/WKBW) -- Some drivers who parked near Lake Erie may have to wait until spring to get back into their cars.
Icy water from Lake Erie, snow, rain and heavy winds created a "carcicle."
The vehicle was spotted parked along Route 5 in Hamburg, New York near Buffalo.
A lake effect snow band dumped about two inches of snow per hour on the region Monday morning.
The severe weather canceled classes for several schools.
