INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- According to new results from the ILEARN Achievement Exams, standardized testing scores across Indiana improved despite lingering educational inequality.
English and math scores are stabilizing and improving back towards pre-pandemic levels.
41 percent of students tested at or above proficiency in ELA scores compared to last year, and math scores were up two percent.
Today’s ELA results are still more than six percent below scores from 2019.
