Indiana Michigan Power says it will have power fully restored to customers in the South Bend area by 11 p.m. Monday. There are approximately 520 customers without power.
The heavy rains and high winds caused damage, uprooted trees and dropped limbs on power lines.
Crews found 11 broken poles, 31 broken pole cross arms, 3 damaged transformers and 67 spans of downed power lines.
