Indiana Michigan Power still helping Sandy victims

Indiana Michigan Power still has 300 people working on Superstorm Sandy relief.
Local crews are trying to restore power in West Virginia, New York, and New Jersey, but they're running into problems with the weather.
Among the teams sent to the Big Apple, is a group of underground network specialists.
They're helping to restore power in all of the flooded tunnels in the city.
