Indianapolis pulls support of Amtrak's Hoosier State Line

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. --- The city of Indianapolis has pulled its support of the Amtrak commuter line.


According to the Associated Press, city officials have decided not to provide any additional money to subsidize the Hoosier State Line. 


The train carries passengers between Indianapolis and Chicago.


The city's decision comes after the state announced a private vendor had been selected to run the line.
