IPad and iPad Mini dropping in price

The prices of iPads and iPad Minis are on the way down.
Walmart dropped iPad Mini prices. They now start at $299.
The full-size iPad is also dropping in price at Best Buy. It now starts at $314.
Rumors of a new iPad release date vary.
