Irish sporting shamrocks on gold helmets

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The shamrock series will be a little shiny this weekend.
When Notre Dame goes against Maryland, they'll be sporting some specially designed helmets.
Shamrocks have been added to the gold helmets. The Irish will also wear the green Adidas jerseys they wore against Army last year.
This weekend's game is in Maryland. Kickoff is at 7:30.
