ISP: Another unsecured load causes rollover crash on I-80

LAKE CO., Ind. -- The median is messed up, but traffic on 80 West , bound for Chicago, is back up to speed.
On Thursday morning, a semi coming off the Indiana Toll Road on I-80 lost control and flipped in front of another semi causing a collision.
The crash blocked all traffic, but the drivers were okay.
The driver of the semi that lost control was cited for driving too fast.
