While we are feeling the warmth, some typically mild places are seeing snow.

 Israel is seeing the stormiest winter weather in a decade.

You know it's bizarre when you see snow falling on palm trees. 

Schools and businesses were closed, transportation was limited, and thousands were left without electricity. 

Despite the problems, the very rare snow day was fun for children.
