SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A new craft brewery, restaurant and community hub is set to open in downtown South Bend. The Ivy Alley Social House will take over the old spenner garage, a century old auto dealership on West Wayne Street two blocks from Four Winds Field.
Ivy Alley will combine food, local beers and even duckpin bowling.
Ivy Alley’s liquor license was approved today, and they are currently planning to open sometime this summer.
