Judge sets trial date for South Bend man accused of murder

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A judge set a trial date for a South Bend man who is accused of murder!
Police said James Bond, Jr. shot and killed Ramon Hamilton last April.
Officers found Hamilton dead on Lindsay Avenue with a gun in his hand.
Police think the two men got into a shootout.
Bond is set to go to trial September 9.
