The heat is popping off while rain is popping up today
SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Early Juneteenth Celebrations are taking shape across Michiana, including on the campus of Notre Dame.
It's the third year in a row that the University has hosted the free event, giving the community a space to come together and enjoy food, music and gain access to local resources as well as learn about ongoing cultural initiatives
