Juvenile accused of stabbing his mother

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- A 14-year-old allegedly stabbed his mother in the back during an argument at their home on Candace Lane, according to St. Joseph County Police.
Police said there were other children at home at the time and the father was asleep.
The mother refused medical treatment for the injury.
The juvenile has been detained.
