Last-minute Valentine's Day flower arrangements

 

SOUTH BEND, Ind.-- Valentine's Day is here and one local flower shop has been preparing for days!

Blossom Floral Designs located inside of Memorial Hospital, has been serving the community now for almost 10 years--2 of which have been from inside the hospital.

And owner Leslie Anne Kaser has been a floralist for the past 17 years after working as a cashier at Martin's and wanting to go into something that would feed her creative side.

Now her dream is a reality with her own flower business which she has cultivated and grown to reach hundreds if not thousands of people across Saint Joseph County.

As Valentine's Day rolls back around, Kaser's thoughts shift to creating and fufilling flower arrangements.

"We easily have gotten 100 to 150 orders" just through the past week alone says Kaser.

To help fulfill all of those orders Kaser and her team ordered 1,000's of flowers varying from red roses, lilies, peonies and more. 

Kaser tells ABC57 that she loves being apart of the communities special day and to help spread love and smiles.
