SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Mayor James Mueller hosted the award ceremony Thursday night to honor 11 local black leaders for their efforts in the South Bend community and inspiring the next generation of black leaders.
The award ceremony was held in the Century Center in downtown South Bend. Actress Vivica A. Fox also made an appearance looking to inspire the next generation of local leaders.
