Local RV leaders attend national trade show

RV manufacturers located in Michiana are headed to Louisville, Kentucky on Tuesday to attend the 51st Annual National RV Trade Show. 

The 3-day event expects over 8,000 people to attend.

Close to 300 booths are expected to pack a 700,000 square foot section of the Kentucky Exposition Center.

Among the exhibits will be RV companies from Michiana hoping to boost their business by networking at the national event.

The show comes on the heels of some great industry news.

The Recreation Vehicle Industry Association recently released the October numbers for RV shipments and they're 30-percent better than September's totals.

This October's numbers are also over 16-percent better than they were this time last year, helping the RV industry to have its fourth consecutive year of growth.
