Lt. Tim Williams assigned this to Thi with the theme; “What’s your natural high?”

Lt. Wiliiams has known Thi since she was in his 5th grade D.A.R.E. class at Hums Elementary, and knew just how talented she is.

Now it’s 2017 and Williams’ drove 15 hours to Texas in his flashy cruiser to accept the 1st place design award for an Active 4-door Police Car at the International D.A.R.E. Conference.

Thi says design represents her natural high, as well as the highs of her fellow MHS students.

When asked what really get’s her excited? Thi said “It’s the first time I have seen one of my designs on a real product.”
