Starke County face-to-face with severe weather
A very calm day across Michiana, the perfect backdrop for any Valentine's Day plans. Highs reach into the mid to upper 40s under some partly cloudy skies, with more clouds gathering closer to sunset. There are slight rain chances for southern Michiana through the overnight hours, most of us are going to be seeing foggy conditions out the door Sunday morning, with decreasing cloud cover through the day and potentially our first day in the 50s. We stick in the 50s into the middle of the week, with rain chances picking up into Wednesday. Some storms are possible in the middle of the week. A cool down is expected through the upcoming weekend, likely returning Michiana to average temperatures for the back half of February.
Today: Partly cloudy, mild. High 48.
Tonight: Some AM rain in southern Michiana, gathering clouds, foggy. Low 28.
Sunday: Decreasing clouds, warming. High 50.
President's Day: More sun in the morning, breezy. High 54.
