Lucky Dog adoption and kitten season preparation at Humane Society

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- The Humane Society of St. Joseph County is hosting their Lucky Dog Special until March 17, preparing for kitten season, and a spay-neuter clinic for cats on March 29.

Apply to adopt a dog over a year old for $17.

The Humane Society is also preparing for an influx of kittens as the Spring season approaches, and they would appreciate any help from the public in donating necessary supplies.

Donations can be left in the large white bins outside of the shelter at 2506 Grape Road.

Sign up here if you'd like to have your cats spayed or neutered with Public Vet in South Bend for a cat spay-neuter clinic on March 29.

The spay-neuter clinic for cats will take place at the Goodson Street Event Center at 1905 Goodson Court in South Bend.
