Man accused of deadly hit and run is in court

Jeremy Bontrager, a man accused of leaving the scene of an accident that killed another man in January, faced a judge.
Police say Jeremy Bontrager is responsible for the death of 56-year-old Ronald Rodgers.
Rogers was allegedly hit by Bontrager's car on State Road 933 just south of the toll road on January 10th just before midnight
Bontrager pleaded not guilty, his jury trial starts August 11th.
