Man accused of sexual misconduct, molestation against three minors

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - A 39-year-old man was arrested on sexual misconduct and child molesting charges after allegedly making sexual advances on and inappropriately touching three girls, according to the probable cause affidavit.

Will Holloway Sr. was arrested on two counts of child molesting where the victim is under age 14 and three counts of sexual misconduct with a minor.

On March 26, 2022, a victim told the South Bend Police Department that Holloway made sexual comments to her while the two were alone in the vehicle he was driving, police reports said.

Holloway knew the victim was young and allegedly told her he wished she were older.

At one point, Holloway put his hand on the victim's thigh, according to reports.

The victim also said Holloway offered to pay her for sex, reports said.

Holloway thought the victim was 26 but was told she was 14, according to the victim.

Knowing this, Holloway allegedly said age doesn't matter and she should get a boyfriend who has money.

When the victim got out of the vehicle, Holloway told her not to tell anyone, reports said.

On March 29, 2022, a second victim told police Holloway made sexual comments to her and would touch her thigh while making the comments, reports said.

The victim said the comments started in January 2022 but she didn't tell anyone because she was scared. Later, the victim said the comments started in December 2021.

At one point, Holloway allegedly texted the second victim that he would pay her for sexual favors.

The inappropriate comments continued until March 2022 when she reported it to police.

In January 2023, a third victim said Holloway touched her inappropriately, reports said.

The victim also told family Holloway was trying to have sex with her, police reported.

According to reports, the first incident with Holloway happened in March or April of 2022 and continued until October of 2022.

The first time something happened, she was in Holloway's car. According to the victim, Holloway said "weird stuff" to her and then touched her thigh, according to reports.

On a separate occasion, Holloway allegedly kissed the victim's mouth and touched her inappropriately.

Holloway also told the victim he had sex with one of the other victims, reports said.

Holloway is being held on a $30,000 cash bond.

His initial hearing is set for March 20.
