Man arrested after allegedly running away during sentencing hearing

Marshall County Jail: Bruno J. Cataldo PLYMOUTH, Ind. -- The Plymouth Police Department reports officers responded to the Marshall County Courthouse around 11:40 a.m., Tuesday, after a man escaped the court room where his sentencing hearing was taking place.
The man, identified as Bruno J. Cataldo, was being sentenced after entering a guilty plea agreement for the charges of Trafficking with an Inmate, Obstruction of Justice, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Police say Cataldo fled the courthouse on foot and was located walking through the front yard of a residence on North Michigan Street.
A short pursuit ensued during which officers utilized their tasers.
Cataldo was taken into custody and placed into the Marshall County Jail.
