Man arrested for allegedly fondling himself in police station parking lot

A man was arrested for allegedly masturbating in the parking lot of the Indiana State Excise Police Indianapolis Office.
According to Excise Police, officers saw 35-year-old Joshua L. King masturbating in full view of passing vehicles while seated on a bench in the parking lot.
The lot is at the corner of E 30th Street and Ridgeview Drive.
Marion County Court records reflect that King has two felony convictions for child molestation and one felony conviction for sexual battery.
King was charged with one preliminary count of public indecency.
