Man charged with Child Solicitation, OWI, drug charges, and more after eluding police

PLYMOUTH, Ind. -- The Plymouth Police Department reports officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle attempting to elude police in the River Park Mobile Home Community off Baker Street on May 3 around 3:45 a.m.
Police say during their investigation the driver was identified as 27-year-old Miguel Flores-Urquizo of South Bend.
The report states there were also two girls in the car, ages 13 and 16.
Flores-Urquizo was found to be under the influence and in possession of marijuana, authorities said.
Police say the investigation led to Flores-Urquizo being taken into custody on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges, including Child Solicitation, a Level 5 Felony, OWI-Passenger less than 18, a Level 6 Felony, OWI-Prior Conviction, a Level 6 Felony, Dealing Marijuana, a Level 6 Felony, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, a Level 6 Felony, Possession of Marijuana-Prior Conviction, a Class A Misdemeanor, Operator Never Licensed-Prior Conviction, a Class A Misdemeanor, Driving While Suspended-Prior, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Driving While Suspended-knowing suspension is from a conviction of a criminal offense, a Class A Misdemeanor.
A probable cause affidavit was submitted to the Marshall County Courts and approved by a judge, who assigned a $30,000 cash bond.
Flores-Urquizo was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
