Man shot in area of McCartney Street in South Bend

SOUTH BEND, Ind.-- South Bend Police are investigating a shooting in the 1200 block of McCartney Street that happened around 10 p.m. on Sunday.
Police said one man was taken to the hospital with gunshot wounds but he is in stable condition.
Police turned their lights off to search the area with flashlights for evidence.
No suspects are in custody at this time.
