BENTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- A man suffered life threatening injuries in a shooting late Tuesday evening at the Countryview Apartments, according to Benton Township Police.

Just before midnight police were called to the 1900 block of E. Britain Avenue for a shooting. 

When they arrived, they located a man with two gunshot wounds to his back, reports said.

He was taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made.
