Man who admitted pointing assault rifle at police to be sentenced

ST. JOSEPH CO., Ind. -- He admitted to pointing an assault rifle at cops.
On Wednesday, Eugene Sims will find out how much jail time he's going to get for it.
Last month, he pleaded guilty to felony charges for pointing a gun at officers during a confrontation last December.
Sims could get anywhere from six to 32 years in prison.
