Manti Te'o still a winner

He is Manti Te'o, he is Notre Dame, but he is not a Heisman winner.
Te'o was in New York City with his family and coach Brian Kelly. He sat next to 1987 Heisman winner Notre Dame's Tim Brown.
And of course, all of South Bend was watching. Just as they have been doing all season long.
