Marion County begins using billboards to find sex offenders

The Marion County Sheriff's Office, the US Marshal's Service and Crime Stoppers announced a new initiative aimed at finding sex offenders who have failed to register.
The three billboards throughout the Indianapolis area will feature the names and mug shots of 39 offenders.
One billboard is near the state fairgrounds, the others are on I-65 north at Lafayette Road and the other will be at Washington Street and Highland Avenue.
