Marshall County Sheriff’s Office investigating home intruder on Gumwood Road
MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. – The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a home intruder that entered a home in the 11000 block of Gumwood Road on Friday.
At 10:58 a.m., dispatch got a call about an intruder who had entered the residence and was trying to steal items.
A resident who was home at the time found the suspect and the suspect left the home immediately and ran east toward Lincoln Highway.
Deputies searched the area but didn’t find the suspect.
The suspect is described as a white man in his early 20s, approximately 5’8” to 5’10”, and of average build.
He also had very short brown hair and a few days growth of dark facial hair.
He was last seen running east from the home wearing blue jeans and a gray zip-up hooded sweatshirt.
This is an ongoing investigation.
