Martin's celebrates 'Secret Santa for Seniors'

GRANGER, Ind. -- Martin's Supermarket locations across Michiana celebrated their 9th annual "Secret Santa for Seniors" program.

The program started on Friday and volunteers helpedfulfill wishes for the elderly.

They collected items they need that they may not have been able to get on their own.

"We've had such a good feedback. Especially this weekend, Saturday and Sunday have been amazing," said Stacy Bartkowiak, Community Affairs Specialist Supermarkets. "You can see the boxes full back there and we have like three more carts full in the back room today, so it has been wonderful."

Sunday was the last day of the program and it wrapped up at 4 p.m.
