MDOT hiring and hosting virtual career fairs

Your new job at MDOT could be just around the corner. MDOT is planning two virtual job fairs on Nov. 9 from 4 pm to 7 pm and Nov. 10 from 9 am to noon.

MDOT’s Southwest Region - Berrien, Branch, Calhoun, Cass, Kalamazoo, St. Joseph, and Van Buren counties - needs 30 limited-term maintenance workers. The minimum requirement is a valid Michigan Class B Commercial Driver’s License.

All other training will be provided by MDOT. According to MDOT, these seasonal positions are a good entry point to MDOT and can lead to future full-time opportunities.
