Mexican national living in Goshen sentenced to five months in prison

Jose Flores-Clemente SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The United States Attorney’s Office Northern District of Indiana announced 33-year-old Jose Flores-Clemente, of Mexico, but residing in Goshen, was sentenced to five months in prison after pleading guilty to Felony Reentry of Removed Alien.
Case documents reveal Flores-Clemente's criminal history includes a felony conviction for Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon in Florida.
Flores-Clemente was previously removed from the US in July 2010.
