Miami County woman scammed out of $2200

MIAMI COUNTY, Ind.-- Hoosiers be warned, according to police, a woman was scammed out of $2200.
A caller told the woman that she won a new car and some money.
The caller claimed that the car was in storage and told her that it would cost her $2200 to get it out.
The woman sent the money but of course there was no car. State police are investigating.
