Michigan police officer hit by car improving; charges finalized

CHICKAMING TOWNSHIP, Mich. - We have an update on the Michigan police officer struck by a vehicle last month.

Chickaming Township's police chief says David Wyman is making "great strides" in  his recovery.

On November 12th, a vehicle struck Wyman on an Interstate 94 exit ramp.

Charges have been also finalized against the man accused of hitting Wyman.

James Fanning, 67, faces two charges, including failure to use due care.
