Military assault hearing reaches its end

A hearing that will decide if three naval academy midshipmen face a court martial for allegedly raping a classmate at a party is nearing its end.
Navy investigators wrapped up a week of testimony Tuesday and now the lead investigator will review all the evidence and make a recommendation to the academy's superintendent.
The case has drawn national attention as the White House and the Pentagon have renewed their efforts to crack down on military sexual assaults.
