MISHAWAKA, Ind. - The Mishawaka Common Council approved plans for the final phase of the ongoing Ironworks revamp in a unanimous vote Monday night.
This last phase will cost $63 million to complete, and includes adding 10,000 feet of retail space, a parking garage with 420 spots and 227 new apartment units.
No start date for construction has been decided as of right now.
