UPDATE TWO: On Thursday at 11:56 a.m., investigators have confirmed to ABC57 that the coroner has ruled the death accidental, from a gunshot wound to the head.

The victim has been identified as 29-year-old Curtiss Walker of Mishawaka.

The incident occurred inside an office within the business. 

UPDATE: Investigators on Wednesday at 6:51 p.m. told ABC57 that the incident is being investigated as an accidental death.

ORIGINAL STORY: MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- The Mishawaka Police Department confirmed to ABC57 that officers and members of the Mishawaka Fire Department responded to Discount Tire on Grape Road around 5:02 p.m., Wednesday.

Police say they're investigating the death of a man, yet to be identified. Dispatch confirmed the man suffered a self-inflicted gunshot, but additional details haven't been released at this time.

Authorities say this occurred in a closed office adjacent to the business' lobby.

It's being called an isolated incident with no danger to the community.
