Mishawaka substitute teacher under investigation

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- A substitute teacher is under investigation in Mishawaka.
We're told he called a sixth-grader worthless and used terms like devil child.
It happened Thursday at Liberty Elementary School and parents are outraged.
